Missouri Quality Improvement Network

Health Center Controlled Networks (HCCNs) are collaborative groups of health centers dedicated to quality and performance improvement as related to health information technology (HIT). The Missouri Quality Improvement Network (MOQuIN)/Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) has been an HCCN grantee funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) since 2010. MOQuIN supports health centers in leveraging HIT and data to deliver high quality, culturally competent, equitable, and comprehensive primary health care, with a specific focus on improvements in:

Clinical quality
Patient centered care
Provider and staff well-being

What We Do

MOQuIN convenes peer groups of clinical, quality and data team members to support the needs of our participating health centers and to offer a platform to share best practices, work on resolutions to issues and to improve patient outcomes through peer-to-peer collaboration and technology-enabled health information exchange (HIE) initiatives.

MOQuIN provides technical assistance and trainings on relevant initiatives, i.e. use of analytics reports, roll out of Evidence Based Care tools (guidelines, protocols and clinical decision support tools), and topic specific sessions based on the ever-changing environment.

Who We Serve

Currently, twenty-five (HCCN) MOQuIN member health centers participate in the HCCN Program.
