SERVING MISSOURI COMMUNITIES
Designed to help our members provide the best healthcare services in Missouri.
Founded in November 1984, as a private non-profit member association, we are the recognized voice of Missouri’s Community Health Centers also known as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). We partner closely with our Community Health Centers, federal, state, local governments, and private organizations to support resources, programs, and policies that assure access to health care. Everything we do is designed to help our members provide the best healthcare services in Missouri.
FQHCs are at the forefront of efforts to Make America Healthy Again through increasing access to chronic disease prevention and management (e.g. hypertension, diabetes), nutrition counseling and patient health education services, cancer screenings, and comprehensive primary health care services, including preventive services, mental health, and wellness activities.
